Cancellations:

You may cancel your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours in advance by reaching out to us at enquiry@drsonalhealthrevival.com. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time cannot be refunded, as we reserve this slot specifically for you.

Rescheduling:

Should your plans change, we allow you to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please email our support team to arrange a new time.

Digital Products and Personalized Plans:

Refunds:

Generally, our digital products and personalized plans are not eligible for refunds due to their customized nature. Nonetheless, we value your satisfaction. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the first 7 days. We will review your case individually and may issue adjustments or partial refunds at Dr. Sonal’s discretion. Once a refund is initiated, it will reflect in the customer’s account within 3 working days.

Subscription Services:

Subscription Cancellation:

You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time. While refunds are not available for the unused portion of your subscription, you can continue to access the services until the end of your current billing cycle.

General Terms

Refunds approved by us are processed within 10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

We hold the right to alter or cease any services listed on our website without prior notification.
