Delivery Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link for your diet plan once it’s been sent. This email will also provide instructions on accessing and saving your plan for  future reference.future reference.

Physical Product Shipment (if applicable):

If your program includes any physical products, such as supplements or health aids, we’ll provide you with estimated shipping timelines during checkout. You’ll also receive a separate email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
